Service Policies

  • Cancellation and missed appointment policy:
    Therapy is a big commitment. Regular attendance to sessions is vital to the therapeutic process. Research on therapy shows that the most influential factor in your healing is the relationship between you and your therapist. For this reason, it is important to keep your appointments and only cancel if there is an emergency. Safety and trust compose the foundation for positive change and are only possible through consistent appointments and building our relationship, particularly at the beginning of treatment. In addition, appointments are reserved for you in advance, preventing another client from occupying that time slot. For this reason, clients will be charged the full session price for appointments not canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
